Andrew facilitating

I work with nonprofits, Jewish communal organizations, and mission-driven teams who are trying to go further together, not just faster, but with greater clarity and alignment.

What I bring, and what's often harder to find, is experience at the intersection of values-driven work and global humanitarian practice. For more than a decade, I've designed and led programs across 70+ countries, building rooms where people are encountering cultures, communities, and realities fundamentally different from their own.

Those experiences have taught me what it actually takes to make those rooms work. Cultural humility, not as a concept but as a discipline. Asset-based thinking, not as language but as orientation. The steady, sometimes uncomfortable work of building trust across difference.

These aren't tools I layer onto my work. They are the work.

I bring a global lens, and the operational experience to translate that lens into something real, in rooms, on teams, and inside organizations.

I take on a small number of engagements each year, so that each partnership gets the depth of attention it deserves. Here are the ways I work:

Facilitation

I design and lead retreats, strategic planning processes, POPs (Purpose, Outcomes, Process), team offsites, and organizational development workshops.

My goal is simple: to create spaces where people do real thinking together. Not just listening, but engaging, challenging, and building.

Whether it's a half-day session or a multi-day retreat, we start by getting clear on what the room actually needs, and then build toward that. I draw on tools like the Emotional Culture Deck, Community Canvas, and CliftonStrengths, while adapting in real time to the people in front of me.

Leadership Coaching

I work one-on-one with emerging and senior leaders across the nonprofit and Jewish communal sector.

Most of the leaders I work with are navigating complexity, whether that's a transition, a moment of tension on their team, or the gap between the leader they want to be and how they're currently showing up.

Our work focuses on clarity, communication, and the practice of leading with accountability, not just authority.

Strategic Consulting

I support organizations with program design, theory of change development, organizational restructuring, and strategy.

I've built and redesigned programs serving thousands of people across multiple countries and contexts, and led teams through significant transitions. That experience allows me to help organizations get honest about what they're trying to do, and whether their current approach is actually getting them there.

If you're trying to build something new, or rebuild something that no longer fits, I can help you think it through.

Who I Work With

Jewish communal organizations, nonprofits and social impact organizations, educational institutions, and leadership programs.

I'm especially drawn to teams navigating meaningful transitions, and to organizations that want to build culture across difference, not just talk about it.

What to Expect

I don't offer off-the-shelf programs.

Every engagement begins with a conversation about what you're actually trying to accomplish, who the people are, and what success looks like. From there, we design the work together.

I'll be honest with you about what I think you need, even when it's different from what you initially asked for. That honesty is part of the partnership.

Get in Touch

If you're working on something that matters to you, I'd be glad to hear about it.

Reach out and share what you're building, what you're hoping for, and the timeline you're working with. From there, we can decide together if it feels like the right fit.
