Andrew Belinfante
I help organizations name what they've been circling around.
For fifteen years, I've brought people to communities around the world to learn what it means to be a global citizen, and how we can better show up for our own communities in response.
Much of my work has unfolded in rooms where belonging wasn't assumed. It had to be built, across differences in language, culture, and history. Those experiences continue to shape how I think about leadership, community, and what it means to show up with intention.
As Senior Director of Programs and Organizational Development at JDC Entwine, I lead global immersive experiences connecting young Jewish adults to humanitarian work in more than 70 countries. Through that work, I've come to believe that cultural humility is something we practice daily.
Alongside this, I facilitate, consult, and coach through abc dynamics., my consulting practice. If you're building something meaningful and want a partner to think with you, whether for a retreat, a transition, or a team looking to deepen its impact, I'd love to hear about it.
