Andrew Belinfante
Jewish communal leader. Educator. Writer. Builder of rooms.
For fifteen years, I've brought people to the edges of the world, not just to see what's there, but to ask who they might become in response.
Much of my work has unfolded in rooms where belonging wasn't assumed. It had to be built, across differences in language, culture, and history. Those experiences continue to shape how I think about leadership, community, and what it means to show up with intention.
As Senior Director of Programs and Organizational Development at JDC Entwine, I lead global immersive experiences connecting young Jewish adults to humanitarian work in more than 70 countries. Through that work, I've come to believe that cultural humility is something we practice daily.
Alongside this, I facilitate, consult, and coach. If you're building something meaningful and want a partner to think with you, whether for a retreat, a transition, or a team looking to deepen its impact, I'd love to be in conversation.
